Shipping
All orders ship within 24 business hours (excluding holidays and if otherwise noted at checkout). All customers receive a tracking number so they can follow their package during the entire transit time.
For shipments within the US and EU, please expect 2-5 business days for delivery. For all other shipments please expect 5-7 business days for delivery.
Shipments in the United States and Canada will be shipped with FedEx. Shipments going to countries in the Europe will ship with the United Parcel Service(UPS) or General Logistics Systems(GLS). Shipments going to Asia and Oceania will be shipped with DHL.
Cancellation & Changes
Please verify your order details as we cannot amend your order once processed to our warehouse for shipment. If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Alternatively, you may cancel your order by logging in to your Chassepot ID account and canceling the order from the order dashboard. If additions to the order or different products are requested, kindly place a new order. In many cases it may be too late to cancel your order. In this case, it is best to wait for your package to be delivered and then going through the return process.
Tax
In some cases, you might be subjected to customs, import taxes or brokerage fee when ordering from Chassepot.com. Please check with your local customs office for your local rules and regulations.
Shipments going to Canada will have all duties and taxes paid for and included in the shipping cost that is paid at checkout.
All orders to United States, Canada and Latin America are shipped from the United States. Orders placed within European countries will be shipped from Denmark. Orders placed in Asia and Oceania will be shipped from Hongkong.
Pricing, Coupon Vouchers, Sales, and Price Errors
Chassepot reserves the rights to cancel or adjust any order with price errors. Additionally, any promotion, sale, or discount may be subject to end at anytime without any notice.
Coupons and vouchers with discounts are not eligible to be used with products that have existing discounts applied to them.
Campaigns And Offers
We do not have the possibility to activate any checkout codes after an order is completed. The checkout code must be activated during checkout for it to be valid.
Warranty
What is a Valid Proof of Purchase?
For any Limited Warranty claim, a valid Proof of Purchase is required. A valid Proof of Purchase is defined as one of the following:
A dated sales receipt from an authorized Chassepot Dealer or Reseller. The receipt must show the Product description and price.
A dated official e-mail from an authorized on line Chassepot Dealer or Reseller confirming purchase and shipment of Product. The confirmation e-mail must show the Product description and price.
An order number from the Chassepot.com web site
Some examples of a non-valid Proof of Purchase are:
The UPC bar code from the box.
A picture of the actual Product.
A Certificate of Authenticity.
Receipts from non-authorized Chassepot Dealers.
Receipts from any online auction sites, liquidators or clearance houses.
A receipt or order number from any vendor other than Chassepot.com.
Cancelled checks.
Credit card statements.
*Chassepot reserves the right to take any action to protect itself against all forms of suspicious claims, including, without limitation, requiring further verification of identity and details of claimant and qualifying purchases as well as debarment of claim.
What if I don't have a Proof of Purchase?
If you purchased directly from Chassepot.com, we may have a record of your purchase and can locate it for you. Just let us know the order number. If you do not have the order number we may be able to locate it using your name, address and e-mail address.
If you purchased from a Chassepot dealer or reseller, contact the dealer or reseller and see if they can provide a copy of your receipt. They will often have your purchase history on file and be able to supply a copy of the receipt for you.
If the Product was purchased on line, be sure to check your old e-mails. The vendor should have sent you a confirmation page showing that the Product has been shipped to you.
If the Product was a gift we suggest you ask the giver to provide you with a receipt. You may also ask them if they could handle the Limited Warranty process for you if asking for the receipt is not appropriate.
Why does Chassepot require a valid Proof of Purchase?
Chassepot must positively identify that the Product falls within the applicable Limited Warranty period. We also need to verify that the Product was purchased from an authorized seller of Chassepot Products.
Products purchased from non authorized dealers are often used, counterfeit, re-boxed, defective or gray market goods. These units may also not be designed and packaged to work in your country and may not meet all legal and safety requirements. Chassepot will not be able to honor a Limited Warranty on Products not purchased from an authorized dealer or ones that are outside the Limited Warranty period. If you have purchased the Product from an unauthorized dealer, all support and Limited Warranty issues should be directed to that dealer.
Chassepot has these policies in place to protect both our valued customers and resellers.
How long is my Limited Warranty?
Chassepot Keyboards and Keypads 2 years
All new Products will have the Warranty Periods listed above, subject to applicable local law. Certain “end of life”, sell out or discontinued Products may have a shorter Warranty Period; this will be clearly marked at the time of purchase and the given Warranty Period will be stated at that time. Refurbished Products purchased from Chassepot.com will have the lesser of a 1 year warranty period or the warranty period as stated above. Refurbished products not purchased from Chassepot.com will have a 90 day warranty period. If you are uncertain whether your Product is eligible for Limited Warranty support, please contact our support team for clarification here.
Please note that third-party products may be covered by the product manufacturer’s warranty and these warranty terms are exclusively provided by the product manufacturer. Chassepot does not offer a warranty for third-party products. If you need product or warranty support with your third-party product, please contact the product manufacturer. Please consult the product documentation provided by the product manufacturer for details.

* If you are a customer outside of the U.S. and have validly purchased a Chassepot Extended Warranty for your product, the Warranty Period shall be extended for another one (1) year period, to be a total of two (2) years commencing upon the date of retail purchase of your Chassepot Product. The Chassepot Extended Warranty does not apply to batteries. Aside from the change to Warranty Period, the Chassepot Extended Warranty does not alter any other terms and conditions of the Limited Warranty.
** Products purchased prior to October 1st, 2018 maintain the original 1 year warranty (keyboards with mechanical switches maintain original 2 year warranty).
